Casa Bella Furniture are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of specialist furniture featuring a wide range of Mango, Sheesham & Indian wood furniture products for every room in the home. For the last five years we’ve worked on & off with Casa Bella Furniture to drive a significant uplift in Organic Traffic, Paid Traffic & sales. 

The Project

When Casa Bella Furniture approached us they were suffering from a manual penalty & couldn’t get their Organic Traffic to work. They tasked us with removing the manual penalty & growing the Organic Channel as a sustainable source of revenue, in addition to supplementing it with good management & optimisation of the existing AdWords campaigns. 

The Approach

Our initial approach was to focus on the removal of the manual link penalty. With a thorough link audit & removal we were able to lift the penalty within 3 months & straight away we saw an uplift in Organic Traffic. Once the link was removed we focus on strengthening the website’s overall link profile with some strong PR placements & the combined efforts led to a strong increase in Organic Traffic through a sustainable SEO strategy.

Once we had dealt with the link profile we focused on two new areas – content & technical SEO. The site was a custom build so we had to take a slightly different technical SEO approach to ensure the website was optimised to the highest standards, we then started to build out content focusing on targeting a nice mixture of high volume keywords i.e. Mango Wood Furniture (Currently position #1) & more long-tail keyword varieties. 

The Results

The campaign started to perform well from month three & has continually grown since then. Since the campaign inception we have grown Organic Traffic over 200% & now have #1 ranking keywords for:

  • Mango Wood Furniture
  • Mango Wood TV Unit
  • Industrial Wardrobe
  • Wine Cupboard

In addition, our PPC campaign has grown from strength to strength, we are now bringing in 4x the volume of traffic while maintaining the same CPA goal, this is mainly due to increased campaign efficiencies across the board. Overall our fresh SEO & PPC approach has allowed us to build & maintain a long-term strategic partnership with our client.
